Site Manager - High End Residential - Demo - Kensington - ASAP

Our client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a project based in Kensington.
This project is 22 weeks in duration and due to start ASAP.
Project value is approx. £10m.
Main scope of work will consist of strip out, refurb and Demoliton.
Criteria:
* Valid CSCS/CCDO
* Valid SMSTS and First Aid qualification
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on demolition projects
* Ideally experience working on projects in the value of £5m - £10m.
* Experience working on high end residential projects
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Working references – essential
* Will be required to interview with the client
