Offer description

Learning to apply a range of skills in order to provide an excellent service to customers, including answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and processing customer orders/enquiries. The main tasks within the department are to provide support by way of good information to and from the customer, be it internal or external.


Course Information

* Course: Customer service practitioner (level 2)
* Level: 2
* Route: Sales, marketing and procurement
* Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate


Working Arrangements

* Working Week: Standard Day Shift - Monday to Thursday, 07:30 - 16:00. Friday, 07:30 - 12:30.
* Expected Duration: 3 Years
