What you'll need
* Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) approved by the Head of Technical Services.
* Substantial experience across both design and construction on major civil engineering projects.
* Strong leadership experience managing engineering teams and design managers.
* Proven ability to provide technical assurance and risk management on complex projects.
* In-depth understanding of Principal Designer duties, including ERIC.
* Ability to deputise for the Project Manager when required.
* Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
Salary between £85,000-£110,000.
