We’re looking for skilled electricians who can keep our manufacturing equipment running smoothly. Your work will help ensure our production lines operate at their best every day, helping us produce one of the UK’s favourite snacks - Walkers crisps!
Working Hours
1. Continental shift pattern:4 days on, 4 days off.
2. 42 hours/weekon average,including weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts.
3. 12-hour shifts: This will rotate between days (07:00-19:00) and nights (19:00-7:00).

Responsibilities
5. Carry outmaintenance activitiesin your area of responsibility, maximizing wrench time while following safety protocols.
6. Support continuous improvement using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle.
7. Provide feedback to planners and leadership to helpoptimizeschedules, frequency, and parts planning.
8. Conduct pre- and post-maintenancequality checks.
9. Managelubrication mapping andexecution,andsupport the simplification and rationalisation of our lubricants.
10. Train the autonomous maintenance teamon equipment knowledge, basic Clean-Inspect-Lubricate routine and fault diagnostics.
11. Lead theroot cause analysissessions and offer technicalexpertise.
12. Promote andmaintainstrong5S standardsacross the plant.
Qualifications
13. NVQ Level 3or equivalentengineering apprenticeshipwith hands-on experience.
14. Recognizedelectrical academicqualification.
15. Strongelectro-mechanical knowledge.
16. Familiarity withCMMS and SCADAsystems.
17. Solid understanding of equipment and technical standards.
18. A sense of ownership forsafety, quality, and performance.
19. Problem-solvingskills.
20. Good communication.
Salary & Benefits
21. Annual salary:£59,(including shift premium).
22. Quarterlyperformancebonuses:£325 to £750.
