Transport Administrator – Cambuslang, Glasgow
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join a busy and well-established transport operation based in Cambuslang, Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity offering ongoing, full-time work, structured shift patterns, and long-term prospects within the logistics sector.
Shifts
• Rotating shifts – flexibility required
• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00
• 22:00 – 06:00
• Sunday to Thursday nights / Monday to Friday days and backshifts
Rates of Pay: £12.92 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
• Briefing and debriefing drivers
• Assisting with route planning and daily transport operations
• Maintaining accurate vehicle and compliance records
• Updating spreadsheets and transport systems
• Managing emails and responding to customer queries
• Communicating effectively with drivers, colleagues and customers
Essential Skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Proactive and reliable approach to work
Desirable Experience
• Previous experience in a transport or logistics administration role
Training Provided
• Full training and ongoing support provided
