My client is currently looking for an experienced Senior PMO to support a large integration programme, working closely with the Integration Director to drive delivery, governance, and strong risk & issue management across the portfolio.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
1. Support the Integration Director in executing the integration programme and driving outcomes
2. Lead risk and issue management across the programme (identify, track, mitigate, report)
3. Ensure high-quality risk & issue data, with clear insights and escalation
4. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all workstreams
5. Monitor programme status (plans, dependencies, budgets) to proactively identify risks
6. Enhance and embed risk & issue governance frameworks across the programme
7. Manage programme tools and ensure data accuracy and accessibility
8. Chair risk forums and provide insights to support decision-making
The skills that would make you successful in this role:
9. Strong Risk & Issue Management experience within transformation/change environments
10. Broad PMO experience (analysis, assurance, governance)
11. Strong data management & insight generation skills (ability to tell a story with data)
12. Experience working at portfolio level, identifying trends and themes
13. Knowledge of delivery control frameworks (planning, dependencies, governance)
14. Experience driving continuous improvement in PMO processes
15. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (incl. senior leadership)
16. Experience in large enterprise environments
