Domestic Considerations: Reserve Service Days (RSDs): A minimum of 38 RSDs per year is required to deliver a positive output. Additional Service Days are available, subject to operational, training and routine requirements. Training Commitment: • Attendance at one training weekend per month is expected. • Participation in an annual two-week Annual Continuous Training (ACT) period is mandatory. • Attend courses, recruiting events and conferences/meetings at locations away from RAF Digby as required. Key Responsibilities Support Operational Planning Assist the Unit Operations Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in the planning, coordination, and management of Unit operational Lines of Effort (LOE). Maintain Professional Competence Ensure personal proficiency in JCG, DSE, and PAG disciplines, while meeting all mandatory training requirements. Contribute to Operational Delivery Actively support a designated Unit operational LOE aligned with individual Knowledge, Skills, and Experience (KSE). Forecast Personnel Requirements Maintain comprehensive awareness of all Unit operational LOEs to enable accurate forecasting and sustainment planning for personnel. Manage J3/5 Activities Provide oversight and guidance to Warrant Officer-led J3/5 activities as required. Information Management and Data Protection Assist in the oversight of Unit Information Management and Data Protection processes, fulfilling responsibilities as Local Information Manager (IMgr) and Information Asset Assistant (IAA). Additional Duties Undertake any other tasks commensurate with rank, experience, and operational requirements.
