Job Title: Support Worker or Senior Support Worker Location: Newcastle
Pay Rate:£12.20 – £14.90 Per hour dependent on grade and experience
Hours: 37 per week
Sleep-in Allowance additional if required

Our clients are currently working with a range of charities and private organisations to find individuals such as yourself to work within Children’s Residential, Domiciliary, Neuro and a range of other specialism as a Support or Senior Support Worker.

What will your responsibilities be?
1. Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way
2. Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development
3. Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
5. Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
11. Diploma or NVQ Level 1/2/3 desirable and essential for some roles
12. Care Driver
13. Significant experience supporting people with complex needs
14. Strong organisational and communication skills
15. A positive, team-oriented attitude
16. Role is not open to sponsorship.
