About the Role
Being a Chef at Butlin's is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for food and cooking while creating memorable experiences for our guests every day.
As a Chef de Partie, you will collaborate with a talented team of chefs to prepare a variety of dishes across our buffet venues.
You will work alongside a Junior Kitchen Manager and oversee small teams of commis chefs to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently.
You will be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to set recipes, brand standards, and Food Safety Management System compliance.

About You
We seek motivated individuals eager to progress within our dynamic brand. Experience at a similar level is essential. Leadership experience and a flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are also required to ensure smooth operations across our buffet venues.
REQUIRED: LEVEL 3 FOOD SAFETY
We support your career growth by helping you achieve Level 2 or Level 3 Professional Cookery qualifications through our Chef Academy.
