About The Role: Welcome Bonus £1,000. Day Shift and Night Shift Position Available.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain the highest standards of care in Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes.
* Plan and implement care that gives residents a sense of security, dignity and independence; develop truly personalised care plans with residents and their families.
* Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager; provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities; administer medication as required.
* Maintain accurate records of the care you provide and build strong relationships with the team.
Qualifications
* Ideally, completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and prepared to work towards Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or equivalent.
* Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
* Essential: brilliant positive energy and the ability to get along with people; strong record-keeping and time-management skills; be considerate and kind in all communications.
