ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a senior experienced carer or support worker with a passion to make a difference?
Can you lead a small team to deliver outstanding care to our residents, encouraging them to always do their best?
Our care teams make a real difference every day. Your professionalism, kindness, and compassion will be at the core of everything you do. Supporting the Home Manager and leading a team of carers, you’ll be responsible for planning and implementing care that provides our residents with security, dignity, and independence. You’ll ensure care plans are regularly reviewed through continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You’ll manage your time effectively between supporting your team and ensuring residents’ wellbeing.

Patchett Lodge is a 28-bed Care Home in Holbeach, Lincolnshire, offering residential and respite care in a homely setting.

ABOUT YOU
You should have previous experience in a residential care setting with an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care. Supervisory experience is a plus but not essential. You should be a positive role model with excellent communication skills, able to motivate others and take charge when needed. Confidence in resolving problems and handling queries is essential.
