ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a senior experienced carer or support worker with a passion to make a difference?
Can you lead a small team to deliver outstanding care to residents, encouraging them to do their best?
Our care teams make a real difference daily. Your professionalism, kindness, and compassion will be central to your work. Supporting the Home Manager and leading a team of carers, you'll plan and implement care that promotes residents' security, dignity, and independence. You'll review care plans regularly through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You’ll balance supporting your team and ensuring residents' wellbeing.

Patchett Lodge is a 28-bed Care Home in Holbeach, Lincolnshire, offering residential and respite care in a homely setting.

ABOUT YOU
You will have experience in a residential care setting and an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care. Supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential. You should be a positive role model with excellent communication skills, capable of motivating others and taking initiative to resolve issues.
