Job Title: Van Driver
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £12.21 – £13.69 per hour
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 8 – 4/5pm
Start Date: Immediately
About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Van Driver to start immediately. This is a great opportunity for someone with driving experience who enjoys being on the road and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Safely operating a 3.5t van for deliveries and collections
2. Planning routes and ensuring timely deliveries
3. Loading/unloading goods, ensuring items are handled with care
4. Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
5. Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate records
6. Providing excellent customer service at every delivery point
What we are looking for:
7. Valid UK Driving Licence
8. Previous van driving/multi-drop (however, not essential)
9. Good knowledge of local and national road networks
10. Strong customer service and communication skills
11. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
12. Able to handle manual loading/unloading if required
13. No more than 6 points
