With a strong background in commercial litigation at a highly regarded regional, national or international law firm, you will take a pivotal role in the department, especially in relation to managing high-end cases and involvement in supervising and bringing on more junior lawyers.
Those currently at firms with excessive hours expectations are very much welcomed and will enjoy a more regularised pace of work, without compromising on quality of instructions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Working on high-value and complex commercial litigation disputes for clients ranging from substantial corporates to high-net worth individuals.
* Supervising and working closely with more junior lawyers, especially in relation to drafting and strategic direction of matters
* For those keen to engage, support in BD (bespoke to the individual) in order to raise both individual and firm profile
This is a fabulous opportunity for a senior litigator, especially those already or keen to help manage more junior fee earners. You will join a department blessed with an abundance of complex and high-value instructions. A desire to make a real difference is key. Only those with UK experience will be considered. Applicants must be able to work out of Leeds on a hybrid basis.
