Job Title: Central Sales Office – Team Leader
Location: Tamworth
Reports to: Sales Director
Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week
Job Purpose:
Lead the Central Sales Office team to ensure efficient processing of new build orders, administration, and customer communications. Responsible for team performance, workflow management, and meeting KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all new build site processing and administration for assigned accounts
2. Manage team workflow and ensure task completion within deadlines
3. Maintain strong communication with customers, branches, and internal departments
4. Handle customer queries, quotations, and order processing
5. Monitor and report on KPIs, errors, and service performance
6. Ensure team coverage and support continuous improvement initiatives
7. Liaise with branches to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries
8. Manage shared inboxes and house builder bundles
Performance Metrics:
9. Order processing volume and accuracy
10. Delivery performance and customer satisfaction
11. Error rates and credit requests due to processing issues
12. Attendance and team efficiency
