We are seeking Care Assistants who share our passion for providing the best possible care for our residents whilst advocating for their dignity at all times. Someone who can demonstrate professionalism with energy in every aspect of the role and a commitment to ensuring our residents are able to continue to live their best life.

What will I be doing?
* Providing personal care to residents which is person centred and respects individual choices
* Documenting care given, recording any changes and reporting these to the person in charge of the shift
* Providing support and advice to residents' families and friends
* Providing social activities for residents
* Liaising with other agencies as required in the interests of the resident for example; GP, Social Services, Occupational Therapist, etc.
* Administering oral and topical medication under the supervision of medical personnel.
