About The Role
The new School of Apprenticeships at ARU exemplifies our commitment to leading in apprenticeship delivery. The School works with Faculties and professional service colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality apprenticeships across Chelmsford, Cambridge, and Peterborough. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality administrative support to the School, ensuring the efficient operation of our Degree Apprenticeship service, supporting colleagues, apprentices, and employers.
Applicants should have at least two A levels or equivalent relevant work experience in administration, with demonstrable experience in a customer-focused environment and the ability to support service development. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is advantageous. The role requires working to tight deadlines, being a team player, and adapting to change.
