Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:20 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:50 PM
Are you a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant eager to make a real impact? Academics Agency is seeking an experienced Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school supporting children with a range of additional needs, including ADHD, ODD, dyslexia, autism, SEMH, and anxiety.
Your Role:
1. Provide tailored support to pupils with diverse special educational needs, ensuring they feel valued and empowered.
2. Assist in the creation and implementation of Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Plans.
3. Build positive, trust-based relationships to engage students in their learning journey.
4. Foster independence, confidence, and inclusivity among pupils.
5. Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to maintain a nurturing and effective classroom environment.
