Day-to-day of the role:
* Greet and assist visitors with appointments and walk-ins in a professional and friendly manner.
* Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
* Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
* Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for legal staff.
* Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and mailing.
* Support legal staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Experience as a receptionist in professional services or medical sectors is advantageous but not required.
2. Bright, keen, and confident with a good attitude and willingness to learn.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
