Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 + Bonus'

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Talent Acquisition Coordinator, supporting the recruitment of mental health nurses and support workers across our services.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment, talent acquisition, or workforce coordination. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to fast-paced, meaningful work that directly impacts the quality of care we provide.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Sourcing candidates for roles including mental health nurses and support workers
* Using internal systems and databases to identify and engage suitable candidates
* Learning how to headhunt and proactively approach talent
* Posting job adverts across multiple job boards and platforms
* Generating referrals through engagement with existing staff
* Supporting the booking of shifts and filling urgent staffing gaps
* Assisting with the coordination of staff rotas (full training provided)
* Building relationships with candidates and supporting them through the recruitment process
What We’re Looking For
* A strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence speaking with people over the phone and via email
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
