We are seeking an exceptional Chief Commercial Officer to lead this transformation. This is not a traditional sales leadership role. We are looking for a commercially ambitious, highly engaged leader who can unite all revenue-generating and customer-facing functions behind a clear strategy for growth, performance, and execution. The successful candidate will take ownership of all areas connected to revenue, customer experience, trading performance, and brand growth across retail, digital, wholesale, international markets, marketing, and customer engagement. This role requires someone who combines strategic capability with operational intensity a leader who can define direction, inspire teams, challenge underperformance, remove blockers, and drive pace and accountability across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Commercial Leadership & Growth Lead and integrate all commercial and customer-facing functions across the business Develop and deliver a clear multi-channel commercial growth Performance Lead the ongoing development of a modern omnichannel commercial model Improve performance across all direct-to-consumer channels Drive improvements in conversion, customer retention, transaction value, and full-price sell-through Support the evolution of digital capability, CRM, loyalty, and customer acquisition strategy Ensure retail operations deliver strong commercial discipline alongside premium customer experience standards Improve integration between physical retail and digital channels International & Wholesale Development Lead wholesale and international growth strategy Strengthen relationships with existing partners while identifying new market opportunities Drive commercially disciplined international expansion Improve customer retention and long-term account performance Support growth across key strategic international markets Marketing, Brand & Customer Engagement Lead marketing and brand communications strategy to strengthen brand desirability and commercial effectiveness Ensure marketing investment delivers measurable commercial return Develop a more data-led approach to customer acquisition and retention Champion strong brand storytelling, heritage positioning, and customer engagement Ensure consistency of brand presentation and messaging across all channels Oversee customer service standards to deliver a premium customer experience Commercial Performance & Profitability Own commercial trading performance and profitability across all channels Provide clear insight into sales performance, product performance, customer behaviour, and margin quality Challenge pricing, promotional activity, and markdown strategy where necessary Improve forecasting discipline and commercial decision-making Support improved stock efficiency and inventory utilisation Work closely with Finance and Operations to align commercial activity with margin, cash, and operational capability Operational Alignment & Forecasting Work closely with Production, Planning, Finance, and Operations teams to improve alignment between demand, stock availability, and operational capacity Improve forecasting accuracy and reduce reactive disruption Support stronger reporting, data visibility, and commercial insight across the business Ensure commercial plans are operationally realistic and executable Leadership & Cultural Impact Build, lead, and develop a high-performing commercial organisation Create a culture of accountability, pace, collaboration, and customer focus Act as a visible and engaged leader across the business departments About You Experience Significant senior commercial leadership experience within luxury, premium, retail, consumer, fashion, or product-led environments Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and improving commercial performance Experience leading multi-channel commercial functions and transformation initiatives Strong background across retail, e-commerce, wholesale, international markets, and marketing Experience operating within fast-paced and operationally demanding businesses Previous experience working closely with operations, supply chain, and finance teams SME, owner-led, or entrepreneurial business experience would be advantageous Capabilities Strong strategic and commercial leadership capability Deep understanding of omnichannel retail and customer
