We are currently looking for a talented Chef/ Sous Chef to work for a highly prestigious Golf club in Letchworth starting ASAP.
This is a popular venue for functions such as weddings and private dining. Experience in both Al a Carte and Banqueting is required.
Shift Pattern:5 days out of 7, working a 30-40 hour week
Salary:£30,000 - £35,000

Job Description:
* Assisting with all aspects of the kitchen
* Managing your section
* Assisting with Stocks, GP, Budgets, Rota's etc
* Confidently cooking with fresh food from local suppliers as Chef
* Not afraid to muck in and help in all areas of the kitchen
* Hardworking, enthusiastic, clean + organised
* Keeping your station clean and tidy
Required/Preferred Skills:
* Chef experience
* Chef de Partie experience
* Sous Chef experience
* Excellent attendance and reliability
* Working within a team
* Knowledge of health and safety practices
