With growth firmly on the agenda they have and continue to build out a fantastic Brand & Marketing team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, forming part of the existing Marketing leadership team.
I am looking for an experience Marketing /Campaign Manager or integrated Account manager to join this team and be part of their next phase of brand marketing development. Previous industry experience within B2B/ B2B2C.
Key for success in this role is someone with great project management skills, great multi-channel campaign planning skills. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in the continued development of Campaign Marketing strategy, supporting overall brand development and brand awareness, driving new customer acquisitions and support with NPD and promotional strategies.
* Lead in the planning and coordination of Multi-Channel campaigns/ Campaign Calendar, from initial briefing through to final sign off – including checking and co-ordinating amends.
* Multi-Channel campaigns across Media, Digital: Social Media and Content, Email and Web. PR and Events and offline marketing: DM, Leaflets, POS.
* Tracking of KPI’s including campaign measurement and brand metrics.
* Direct line management a brilliant Campaign Executive.
Key Skills & Attributes:
* Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record in building brand through multi-channel campaign planning and marketing communications
* Team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence others
* Agency management experience
* Ability to work in a fast paced and consistently evolving environment, managing multiple projects
