The Role
The school is looking for a qualified Drama Teacher with experience teaching across all key stages, from KS3 to A-Level. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel confident to express themselves. You will be responsible for:
* Delivering high-quality, practical, and theoretical Drama lessons to students of all abilities.
* Developing and implementing a creative and challenging curriculum that includes devising, scripted work, and theatre history.
* Directing and producing school plays and performances, showcasing student talent to the wider community.
* Mentoring students and providing constructive feedback to help them develop their performance skills.
* Collaborating with other staff to promote the performing arts throughout the school.
Candidate Requirements

* A degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE.
* Proven experience teaching Drama at the secondary school level, including A-Level.

Salary & Application
