Overview
The Futures Together service have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to fill the role of Service Coordinator to cover the social inclusion element of the service, working across North and Mid Essex (Permanent - 30hrs per week). To support and develop our peer mentor, volunteers, and lead on implementing recovery and wellbeing focussed activities within North and Mid Essex locality.
Responsibilities
* Establish, develop, and maintain strong and effective partnerships within the community to promote and embed the Futures Together service.
* Collaborate with the criminal justice element of the Futures Together service to support people with complex and multiple needs.
* Innovate, implement, and facilitate recovery and social inclusion groups within North and Mid Essex.
* Complete administrative tasks including database maintenance and maintenance of accurate client information.
* Be able to work in a fast-paced service and be flexible to changes to plans at short notice.
* Support people who have multiple and complex needs and develop opportunities across Essex communities by seeking, implementing, and facilitating a variety of innovative activities and groups.
* Support and develop peer mentors and volunteers; lead on implementing recovery and wellbeing activities within North and Mid Essex locality.

* Enjoy working across communities in Essex and delivering a variety of innovative and exciting activities and groups.

What We Offer
Starting salary of £19,709 with the opportunity to access potential yearly salary increments (subject to appraisals).
