About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Data Analyst to join a well-established and growing organisation. This is a business-critical position, focused on delivering accurate reporting, monitoring supplier performance, and supporting key commercial decisions across the business. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, supplier performance tracking, pricing analysis, and profitability reporting, while also developing dashboards and improving internal reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
* Manage and maintain supplier portal data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Track supplier targets and rebate performance
* Support biannual pricing cycles, including implementation and analysis
* Analyse cost increases and their impact on gross profit
* Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
* Produce category and commercial performance reports
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Continuously improve reporting processes and internal systems
What We're Looking For
* Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, or commercial analytics
* Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel (VBA highly desirable)
* Experience with Fabric or similar data platforms advantageous
* Ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights
* High attention to detail and strong accuracy levels
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with suppliers
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
* Experience working with sales data, supplier data, or pricing preferred
