Key Responsibilities: * Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons. * Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning. * Prepare classroom materials and resources. * Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. * Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and outings. * Provide feedback on student progress to teachers and parents when required. * Supporting with challenging behaviour. * supporting with 1-1 and intervention work. Requirements: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * A patient, caring, and supportive attitude toward students. * Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is an advantage. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * A passion for education and helping young learners succeed. * Expereicne working with SEN/SEMH students. * Good Knowledge of behaviour strategies. * Used de-escalation strategies.
