Salary and Compensation

UK: £22,000 – £27,000 GBP per year (depending on experience) + 5% commission on signed agency margin

Working Hours

* Full-time role: approx. 8 hours per day (plus 1-hour lunch break).

* Core client-facing hours: 2 pm – 6 pm UK time (overlaps with 9 am – 1 pm New York).

* The remaining hours can be scheduled flexibly earlier in the day for admin, campaign management, and internal communication.

* The job is fully remote.

The Role

This is a junior-level role that requires strong negotiation and communication skills and the drive to manage multiple campaigns at once.

Our Influencer Partnership Executive is responsible for managing the entire Influencer Partnerships division. Meaning you'll be at the forefront of all creator pitching, negotiations, deal brokering, and campaign management.

Flow of work

:

1. Manage and oversee our email outreach
2. Manage all creator responses via email
3. Manage all brand responses via email
4. Qualify brands
5. Find and source relevant influencers based on brand requirements
6. Outreach and negotiate with creators to make the deal viable
7. Close the deal via contracts
8. Redlining both brand and creator contracts in the process
9. Pass off the agreement for signature
10. Run campaign
11. Send the creator brief to influencers
12. Ensure creators adhere to script, draft and live deadlines
13. Communicate any logistical issues that may arise
14. Notify the brand of live video
15. Notify the accounting team to send invoices
16. Nurture client relationship, and set up for a 2nd pitch

Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

* Regularly close multi-6-figure influencer partnered brand deals per month, as well as strategically allocating and negotiating our agency's profit margin for each campaign
* Convert cold leads into actively paying brands with whom we regularly partner and work month in and out
* Overseeing our outbound client acquisition systems
* Participate and organise calls with brands to help understand their goals, KPI's and how we can better tailor our approach to each of our clients.
* Overseeing client and brand relationships to ensure clear communication and campaign success
* Managing contracts and redlines with creators and brands, drafting agreements, and negotiating brand-friendly terms
* Addressing disputes with practical solutions and keeping campaigns on track
* Filling in briefs and managing handovers within the team
* Overseeing day-to-day campaign execution, creator communication, and delivery timelines
* Negotiating directly with creators to secure favourable terms
* Maintaining clear communication with talent throughout campaigns
* Managing and directing virtual assistants supporting campaign execution
* Supporting discovery of YouTube and short-form creators for upcoming opportunities.
* Acting as a bridge between the agency and talent to ensure expectations are aligned
* Monitoring deliverables to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and quality

Requirements

* A willingness to grow and learn with the company, and whose committed to a long term vision to help the company grow and expand
* Knowledge of influencer marketing and the creator economy (preferably across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
* Organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset
* Ability to manage contracts, redlines, and timelines confidently
* A passion for social media, content creation and digital culture

Nice to Have

* Experience in campaign or account management, ideally 1+ years within influencer marketing or digital marketing
* Previous experience in contract redlining or campaign management at an agency
* Experience managing assistants or remote team members
