The Role
We are seeking a People & Culture Manager to join our team. You will report to the General Manager and Head of Talent & Culture. This role is ideal for someone seeking their first managerial position or looking to develop in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the hospitality industry.
2. Collaborate with department heads to identify recruitment needs, create job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process.
3. Implement onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
4. Develop and deliver training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
5. Partner with managers to establish performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and career planning.
6. Initiate programs to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, such as recognition, wellness, and team-building activities.
7. Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
8. Stay informed on industry trends to continually improve talent management and culture initiatives.
9. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure legal compliance.
