You'll manage the full recruitment life-cycle across multiple geographies, including the UK, North America and Europe, and play a key role in shaping our hiring strategy. This is a fast-paced environment where you'll need to hit the ground running.
Description
Lead end-to-end recruitment across varied roles, with a focus on dealership and commercial positions
Partner with hiring managers to shape job briefs and build structured interview processes
Source and engage candidates across platforms including LinkedIn, Workable, and job boards
Screen, interview, and support hiring decisions with a focus on both skills and cultural fit
Manage offers, contracts, and on-boarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience
Support internal mobility and recruitment process improvements
Provide regular recruitment updates and insights to the Talent Acquisition Lead
Profile
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data to inform decisions.
Proven experience recruiting in the automotive or dealership sector
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Confidence working across different time zones
A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work independently
