The Role
You will be leading a vibrant Early Years class, creating a positive and engaging learning environment where children can thrive. The role will involve:
* Planning and delivering creative, age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework
* Supporting children’s early development across all key areas of learning
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
* Monitoring progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
* Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching within Early Years (EYFS)
* A warm, patient, and engaging teaching style
* Strong understanding of child development and early learning strategies
* A team player who is committed to making a positive impact
