Rate of pay discussed at interview based on experience with the chance to earn £45,000 - £55,000 per Annum with generous tronc
All over-time paid

The ideal candidate will have:
Passion and positive, creative attitude toward food
Experience in a similar role, with strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly
A good understanding of hiring and training of the staff
A great personality and enjoy working as part of the team
Enforce the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness practices and ensure a smooth-running kitchen and excellent dining experiences
Direct all kitchen operations, assign, tasks, supervise other chefs and maintain control over the cooking and presentation
Hire, train and develop kitchen staff, create weekly schedules
Determine food inventory needs, order raw materials and manage stock controls food costs and minimise waste
Availability to work shifts including evenings and weekends as per Business needs
