Responsibilities
* Looking after a manageable portfolio of buyers and sellers
* Conducting viewings at client's homes
* Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents to complete the transaction as quickly as possible
* Negotiations
* Introducing properties to clients that suit their requirements
* Update and maintain the company's CRM system
* Keeping clients updated with developments
