Overview
Physiatrist
Located throughout Eastern/Southern Eastern/Central Pennsylvania
SALARY - $120K - $180K per year (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive physiatry evaluations and ongoing rehabilitation management in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
* Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional restoration and improved patient outcomes.
* Collaborate with therapy teams, nursing staff, and facility leadership to support rehab goals and continuity of care.
* Manage musculoskeletal, neurologic, orthopedic, and medically complex cases within the post-acute population.
* Perform procedures as appropriate (joint injections, spasticity management, etc.).
* Document patient encounters in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
* Support quality initiatives and maintain clinical excellence across assigned facilities.
Qualifications
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
* Active Pennsylvania medical license (required or ability to obtain).
* Experience working in long-term care, subacute rehab, or post-acute environments strongly preferred.
* Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
* Ability to work independently across contracted facilities.
