We are looking to recruit a part-time Receptionist to join our small Reception team. You will provide a welcoming and excellent first point of contact with visitors, staff and students (by telephone, e-mail and in person), responding to enquiries, operating the LIPA switchboard and sorting incoming post.
You must have 5 GCSEs (Grades 4 or above), including English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Teams, is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to engage positively with a diverse range of people in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
We are open to considering a split in hours for the successful candidate(s), subject to availability and LIPA's operational needs.
As part of our team, you’ll enjoy 22 days holiday entitlement (pro-rata), additional closure days over Christmas and complimentary tickets to our in-house productions.
This is a permanent post to commence as soon as possible.
