AI Automation Engineer – Quality
We are seeking a highly skilled, technically strong, and forward-looking AI Automation Engineer to spearhead the evolution of our operational quality landscape across international projects. This position will focus on enabling automation, enhancing system configuration standards, and converting complex technical detail into clear, actionable delivery frameworks.
The successful individual will be instrumental in ensuring project requirements are accurately structured within ACC Forma and tracked through dynamic dashboards and league tables, improving visibility, consistency, and performance measurement across the organisation.
Core Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered automation solutions to enhance operational quality processes.
* Manage and support system configuration requirements across global project teams.
* Interpret complex technical inputs and translate them into clear, structured, and executable delivery plans.
* Embed project delivery structures within ACC Forma to ensure alignment, consistency, and transparency.
* Build and maintain interactive dashboards and league tables to monitor progress, quality, and performance outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with project, technical, and operational stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities.
* Champion innovation in data utilisation, reporting capability, and workflow efficiency across project environments.
* Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of digital tools, systems, and quality assurance frameworks.
Essential Requirements
* Strong technical expertise with proven experience in AI, automation, and digital process optimisation.
* Demonstrated ability to interpret technical information and convert it into structured implementation and delivery plans.
* Experience working with project management systems, configuration control, and digital delivery platforms.
* Familiarity with ACC Forma or comparable project planning and visualisation tools.
* Experience developing and managing dashboards, reporting solutions, and performance tracking systems.
* Strong analytical thinking, organisation, and problem-solving capability.
* Ability to operate effectively across multiple teams and global project environments.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to a range of stakeholders.
