Overview At Gallagher, were looking for a Corporate Account Manager to join our Charity & Care Division.
Youll work closely with Account Executives to deliver tailored insurance solutions for corporate clients and their affinity groups.
This is your chance to make a real difference by helping clients protect what matters most to them.
How you'll make an impact In this role, youll be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and the right insurance cover for their needs.
Youll maintain strong relationships, handle day-to-day enquiries, and prepare key documents for client meetings.
Youll also negotiate terms with insurers, compare cover options, and ensure policies are issued accurately and on time.
Your work will involve managing account queries, addressing complaints, and keeping our systems updated.
Youll also contribute to strategy discussions, attend client meetings, and provide training for less experienced colleagues.
By staying up to date with market developments, youll help us deliver innovative solutions and maintain our reputation for excellence.
About You Heres what youll bring to the role: A solid understanding of insurance principles, coverage, and niche sector requirements.
Strong planning, analytical, and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to ask the right questions and negotiate effectively.
A calm and positive approach to challenges.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office, Acturis, E-trade platforms, and Gallagher applications.
A commitment to achieving Cert CII as a minimum and working towards ACII.
