Job Title: Driver - Special Needs & Community Transport
Base pay range: £518 - £1000.00 per month (route dependent). Hours: 12.5 to 20 per week (varies by route).

Your Role
As a valued member of our team, you’ll provide safe and reliable transport for children and adults with special needs or vulnerabilities. You’ll be responsible for:
* Ensuring passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations
* Building professional, friendly relationships with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff
* Following safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
* Being available for morning and afternoon shifts on school days
What You Need
* A valid UK driving licence (car category)
* Confidence in driving a variety of vehicles, including people carriers and wheelchair-accessible vehicles (training provided)
* Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS Check (criminal record check)
* Completion of a Group 2 medical assessment to meet licensing standards
* The right to work in the UK
