Conveyancer / Case Handler – Residential Team
Location: Altrincham (office-based for first 3 months, then hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days WFH)
Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00
Start Date: ASAP (flexible)
Join our supportive, sociable and ambitious Residential team as a Case Handler. You’ll manage your own varied caseload of sale and purchase conveyancing transactions (not just standard freeholds!) from instruction to completion – all while earning a generous, performance-based bonus.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage a caseload of Residential transactions from start to finish
* Liaise with clients, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
* Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions on our CMS.
* Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client queries/concerns.
* Work to exchange and revenue targets with a focus on five-star client feedback
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 1 year experience handling end-to-end conveyancing transactions – happy to consider Senior Conveyancing Assistants who are eager to take on their own caseloads!
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Excellent telephone manner - confident in explaining the conveyancing process to clients
* Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
* Familiar with case management systems (Proclaim a plus)
* Passionate about delivering great service and achieving results
