What You'll Be Doing
1. Giving every customer a warm, professional welcome
2. Understanding the needs and goals of potential vendors and buyers
3. Communicating effectively with solicitors, vendors, buyers, and other key partners
4. Handling post-sale negotiations when required
5. Liaising with Financial Advisors and Mortgage Lenders to keep the sales process moving smoothly
6. Carrying out general sales administration, including typing letters, sending emails, and maintaining accurate records
7. Being fully involved in the sales journey from start to finish
8. Booking viewings, supporting the team, and confidently confirming offers
What We're Looking For
9. Previous Estate Agency experience is highly desirable
10. Strong administrative and organisational skills
11. Confident IT abilities across a range of systems
12. An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
13. A positive, flexible, and committed attitude
14. Someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive and fun team of like-minded individuals
The Details
15. Location: Kidderminster, Worcestershire
16. Hours:
17. Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm + every other Saturday, 9am-12pm
18. Part-time: 3 full days per week + every Saturday
