PE Global is currently recruiting for an Entry Level Production Administrative Assistant for a leading multi-national Pharma client based in Milton Keynes. This is an initial 12 months contract position paying from £12.21 PAYE depending on experience. Duties of the role/Responsibilities • This position is responsible for the effective coordination and planning of various activities critical to maintaining safe, compliant and on-time operations within our production teams. • Will report to the IPT (Integrated Production Team) Lead and will be the conduit between support functions and the production teams to manage requests for the time and capacity of our people, plant and equipment. • MEDS document administrator: to coordinate the timely update and approval of standard operating procedures. • MEDS document controller- to print and issue controlled documents • To liaise with the Learning & Development team to plan instructor-led training for the production teams. • Review open purchase order requests and liaise with owner to ensure timely closure or update. • Raise ad-hoc purchase requisitions for the IPT as needed. • Other administrative support to production management as required.
