Opportunity for Experienced Practice Manager/Senior Accounting Manager A leading firm, based in the Blackpool area, is looking for a Practice Manager to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring high performance and development. Manage the allocation of weekly workloads and review the team’s output for accuracy and compliance. Serve as the face of the practice, liaising directly with clients to build long-term relationships. Oversee business growth initiatives in partnership with the senior leadership team, including the Head of Accounting, Marketing, and Sales. Support the strategic planning process, contributing to the growth and development of the practice. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices, including AML, KYC, and CCO. Stay current on industry trends, tax laws, and accounting standards to ensure the practice remains competitive. Ideal Candidate: ACCA-qualified or significant QBE with experience in managing a team. A proven track record in client management and operational leadership. Strong business acumen with a focus on growth and improving practice performance. Ability to drive practice development, including introducing new services and expanding the client base. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership.
