Hours: 37 hours per week | between 07:30 and 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 07:30 - 12:30 Friday
We're on the lookout for a talented Production Engineer who thrives on challenges and is passionate about implementing groundbreaking technologies.
In this role you will:
* Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
* Introduce new processes and products
* Introduce new technology to improve productivity
* Introduce material/labour saving initiatives
* Support prototype and proof-build activities
* Creation and maintenance of build instructions, process control documentation and databases
* Work on specific projects defined by the Operations Manager.
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental procedures & requirements
* Support of Blackpool and USA sites where necessary
Qualifications that set you apart include:
* Familiarity with steel fabrication, chassis manufacture, electrical and hydraulic components
* Completed a Level 3 qualification or higher
* Able to assess key work demands and prioritise accordingly
* Project involvement including new product and process introduction
