Base Location: Egham / London
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 depending on skills and experience + car/allowance + performance‑related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a talented Salesperson within the Building Controls (BMS) / Smart Buildings industry. Joining our team means stepping into a world of cutting‑edge projects that harness the power of the latest technologies and ingenious solutions, all aimed at reducing energy consumption and cutting carbon emissions in buildings.
Your Responsibilities
* Promote our advanced BMS solutions.
* Nurture relationships with existing clients.
* Develop key partnerships within commercial real estate, property management, and facility management sectors.
Your Qualifications
* Knowledge of Building Control Systems.
* Sales experience within Building Controls industry or a related industry.
* A current driving licence, due to travel to and from client sites.
