Roles And Responsibilities
* Provide safe, front‑line reactive maintenance and get equipment back into service quickly.
* Diagnose faults and repair mechanical/electrical systems.
* Lead shift‑based problem‑solving and root cause analysis.
* Identify and implement cost‑effective improvements to boost efficiency and reliability.
* Support audits, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Coach operators on asset care tasks and collaborate as part of a high‑performing team.
What We’re Looking For
* Recognised engineering apprenticeship.
* Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
* Mechanical/Electrical bias with multiskilled capability.
* ONC/HNC qualification (IOSH/Nebosh desirable).
* Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
