We are working in partnership with a public sector organisation based in Warwick, who are recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a temporary six-month contract.
The role is paying £230 per day and includes hybrid working.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Providing expert advice on employment and recruitment matters across the company and partner organisations, applying best practice and constructively challenging where appropriate
2. Managing an employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance and performance issues
3. Ensuring legal compliance by keeping professional knowledge up to date and leading the development, review, and implementation of HR policies
4. Supporting management activity, including reorganisations and workforce remodelling, aligning outcomes with service needs, strategic priorities, and legal requirements
