Your Job Role - CNC Turner Setter Operator Set and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls Machine low-volume, high-precision components to tight tolerances Work from engineering drawings to ensure dimensional accuracy and finish Build and set tooling, establish datums and create machining offsets Inspect parts using measuring tools and submit first-offs for approval Contribute to team continuous improvement initiatives and maintain clean workstations Producing very high quality components to be used in advanced technology industries The Skills and Experience you’ll need as our new CNC Turner Setter Operator Experience of working as a CNC Turner Setter Operator Confident with using Fanuc controls or similar Able to interpret engineering drawings Previous experience in precision engineering, or low-batch manufacturing Ability to deburr, check tolerances, and maintain quality Location Hillfields, Bristol (outside clean air zone, East side of Bristol) Benefits and Company Information You’ll be joining a family-owned company that has been a leader in precision component manufacturing for almost 100 years.
