Role Overview We are seeking a BMS Service Operations Manager to lead and develop our Building Management Systems service function in Manchester. This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of maintenance, support, and small works projects across a portfolio of commercial clients. You will be responsible for managing engineering teams, maintaining high service standards, supporting business growth, and ensuring contractual and operational excellence within the building automation sector. Reporting into the Operations Director / Engineering Director, this is a leadership-focused role with strong technical, commercial, and client-facing responsibilities.
