We are working with a leading property business who are an exciting, growing business, now looking for a Social Media Executive to join them on their journey.
As the social media executive, you'll manage the companies online presence by delivering strategy, producing excellent content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns.

Reporting into the Sales and Marketing Director, on offer is a basic salary of up to £35,000.
The role will be office based Monday to Friday. Travel is also essential and you must be willing to travel to sites across Dorset when required (a car is required)
You will create and maintain a strong online presence for the company. You will implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Tiktok in an effort to increase brand awareness. You will produce engaging copy, video content and work with marketing and digital agencies to deliver on campaigns. You will understand the target audience and create an appropriate strategy to reach this group.
Property experience is not essential, but highly desirable.
Responsibilities
* Research target audiences and discover current trends
* Create engaging text, video, and image content
* Monitor web traffic
* Develop optimal posting schedule
* Updating the website
* Manage and respond to customer and follower inquiries via social DMs
* Report on social media performance using social listening tools
* Arranging and organising events
* Ad hoc marketing and administrative duties
* Undertake audience research
* Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics
* Work with external agents on campaigns
We're Looking for Someone With:
* 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
* A demonstrable history in launching successful social media campaigns across major platforms
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, an eye for copy, and a talent for quippy, concise, social-led language
* Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
* Excellent copywriting skills
* Creative thinking and idea-generation
* The ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work efficiently and under deadlines
* Self-starter attitude
* Team player
* Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
