What is on offer to you?
* £50,000 to £65,000 per year complete on-target earnings.
* £25,000 to £27,500 basic salary per year, dependent on experience.

Unlike some hybrid or self‑employed roles, support for you to succeed is considerable. Local branch hub teams assist you, central lead management and concierge telephony support are available.

The Role
In this fully employed position our partners are given the flexibility of a self‑employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide an end‑to‑end service for their customers from valuation to completion of sale.
Support
This is not a self‑employed position, which means we can provide our partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This includes learning and development, local property centre support, top‑of‑the‑line technology and industry‑leading marketing to raise your brand awareness locally.
Our Partners
The best partners will have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best estate agent in their area. They grow their business by building local relationships, being obsessed with business generation, marketing their personal brand and most importantly offering their customers an experience they can rave about.

This is a home‑based role with the security and benefits of employed status allowing partners to manage their own diary offering customers support at the time that suits them.
