This is an exciting opportunity to join Mount House School as a HR Manager and Compliance Officer to cover a maternity absence either full or part-time (0.6FTE). We are seeking to appoint a qualified and resourceful HR Manager to join our successful and growing school, starting after October half-term. The HR Manager will be a trusted advisor to the leadership team in terms of providing advice on all people matters, including processes, policies, recruitment, and best practice.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and team oriented professional to support the continued growth and development of the School as the leading small co-educational senior school in the area.
